Well… if there is ever an excuse to pop open the bubbly. Today is the OFFICIAL Global Champagne Day, and as a Champagne bar, we are particularly exited. Basically, some important names in the Champagne world decided that the 21st of October would be a good day for people to get together and embrace all the delightful qualities Champagne has to offer (as well as get appropriately merry on the stuff).
